Want to learn to meditate? Turn stress into contentment? Join us live every Tuesday!
These weekly drop in meditations are free and open to everyone - all ages, beginners or experienced practitioners are welcome. We offer guided mediation instruction, contemplations, practices and open discussions.
Our drop in meditations are offered on Tuesdays at Hastings Public Library, Barnes room: 7 Maple Ave, Hastings On Hudson, NY 10706, USA.
These events are offered as a public service, and there is no charge - though we do accept donations. We welcome all members of the community regardless of orientation or faith tradition.
We meet on Tuesday evenings from 5:30pm - 6:30pm Eastern time.
Rigpa Hudson Valley offers courses, guided meditation and weekend retreats in a way that meets people where they are at, focusing on individual’s daily concerns.
Serving the Lower Hudson Counties, centered in Westchester and the Rivertowns, Rigpa Hudson Valley offers live events and meditation courses in multiple locations.

Boston Drop-In Meditation
For more than 20 years we have met every Tuesday evening for Shamatha sitting meditation.
There are no prerequisites, and instruction will be given to those new to Shamatha meditation.
Beginning Feb. 25, 2025 we will be meeting in person at the Om Namo center in Belmont, MA. These sessions are also presented on Zoom.
Each session includes three 15 minute sessions of silent sitting, and short video instruction with masters from the Tibetan tradition.
These events are offered as a public service, and there is no charge - though we do accept donations. We welcome all members of the community regardless of orientation or faith tradition.
We meet on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 - 8:15pm Eastern time

Tuesday Drop in Meditation
A weekly Drop in Meditation hosted by Rigpa Boston. We sit for 45 minutes, in 15 minute sections, and share a short video teaching from masters in the Tibetan tradition.

20 Minute Daily Meditation

Each weekday an experienced Rigpa practitioner will guide 20 minutes of meditation live on Zoom.
Practice in the comfort and security of your own space. We welcome anyone who is interested in meditation to join us. No previous experience of meditation necessary. We also welcome experienced meditators.
