Rigpa Code of Conduct
Everyone who participates in Rigpa has a responsibility to conduct themselves in accordance with the law, and the values outlined in the Rigpa Code of Conduct. The code is based on extensive advice about ethical conduct taught by Buddha; it summarizes key points and gives guidelines on what is expected of all who participate in Rigpa events and activities.
Rigpa Grievance Process
The Code of Conduct and the Shared Values and Guidelines are intended to serve as a basis for education and training, and to inspire individuals to reflect on their own behavior, and to provide a clear basis to report breaches of conduct and resolve grievances. If someone were to experience or witness such a breach, or wish to resolve a grievance, the Rigpa Grievance Process outlines a variety of ways in which a student may pursue such a grievance.

Shared Values and Guidelines of the Rigpa Community
Over several months in 2017 and 2018, the international Rigpa community took part in a series of workshops and discussions through which the Shared Values and Guidelines of the Rigpa Community were agreed. These principles are rooted in the wisdom and compassion of the Buddhist path, and complement the Rigpa Code of Conduct.
