    Each weekday an experienced Rigpa practitioner will guide 20 minutes of meditation live on Zoom.

    Practice in the comfort and security of your own space. We welcome anyone who is interested in meditation to join us. No previous experience of meditation necessary. We also welcome experienced meditators.
