The Spiritual Path

Wednesday, March 12 - April 9, 2025 (5 Weeks)

4 pm PDT/7 pm EDT

Spiritual teachers of many religions and traditions have said that the purpose of our life is to realize our fundamental, enlightened nature.  At the time of his enlightenment, Buddha described his realization in this way: “Profound peace, free of complexity, natural simplicity, uncompounded luminosity.”

This course examines the meaning of enlightenment in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition and offers an overview of the path to enlightenment looking at the stages of practical training: meditation, compassion, devotion, and ultimately realization of the true nature of mind.

Led by Teaching Team: Pat Best, Katy Burns, Joan Elizabeth, Linda Forrester, Jeff Middelton, Betty Lynn Moulton, and Hanne Riegg-Luedge.
