Turning Inwards - Discovering Inner Freedom

Turning Inwards

The search begins here. Most of us sense it before we can name it — a quiet restlessness, a feeling that something is missing. This course is an invitation to turn toward that feeling honestly, and begin to understand where it really comes from. Drawing on the Buddha's own journey as a mirror, we look together at the mental patterns that keep us stuck — and start to connect with an inner goodness that was always there, waiting to be uncovered. Through open dialogue, shared experiences and meditation practice , we begin to nurture new ways of thinking and relating — to ourselves and to others. This is where something new becomes possible.

Drawing on the teachings of Sogyal Rinpoche and The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying, this course explores how Buddhist wisdom can help us understand the causes of our dissatisfaction and discover a deeper source of inner freedom and fulfillment.

We have two time options for the course, so choose the time that best suits you! The two courses are scheduled for different lengths, one is 1.5 hours and the other is 2 hours, because each is led by a different instructor and utilizes a distinct presentation format.
